You are loved!

You may not feel loved right now but only because you need to allow it in.

Let it surround you and hold you firmly. Let it rock you gently. Feel it.

Take a breath and gently let your body feel love rocking it.

Undoing the blocks to love may make you weep. Let the tears come.

Let them run down your cheeks and heal your heart.

You are remembering the sweetness of love. It is always there.

Allow it. You are loved. YES. Love is YOU because it resides within YOU.

You have blocked it because our society does not focus on it. Even laughs at it.

That does not matter. In the quiet place of your mind you can acknowledge

love and let society go. It is not important. Not as important as love.

You can recall LOVE at any time, any place, any where, no matter what chaos is

going on around you. Go to LOVE. Be safe. Love is safe.

You are not the ego. When you listen to the ego you do not feel love.

The ego does not want you to know WHO or WHAT you are.

The ego is not YOU. Your powerful mind can choose either the ego or the Love within.

It is a choice. See it as YOUR choice.

You are Loved. It does not matter if someone else loves you are not.

You are still Loved. God is the love within.
